Evaluation
In a first
stage your inquiry is evaluated. A reply will be forwarded in a maximum
14 days term as result of evaluation stating whether your inquiry is possible
or not to be satisfied on romanian market.

2.
Co-operation
Base
If the result
of the previous step is positive a co-operation formula is proposed to
importer.
The base for
co-operation with Principals is the Agency
Agreement. A Letter of Recommendation
shall be issued by the Principal for the Agent to be used in relation with
companies in Romania.

Purchasing
Management
Once the co-operation
with The Principal is established a certain procedure is used by Agent
to manage the purchasing activity.
