1. Sawn timber quality check shall be made on each package of the same
wood speece, assortment, and quality class.
2. Sample prelevation - The check is made on pieces from a sample choosed
through aleatory extraction from all timber package parts (down,
middle and up).
3. Checking plans elements are established by producer and buyer through
contract.
4. The sample is checked for :
-moisture degree
-dimensions
-other quality conditions
5. The delivery is accepted for quality if the sample is found acceptable
for all checked characteristics.
6. Rejected deliveries might be resorted and presented again for checking
under the present conditions.
7. Moisture checking is effected only if stipulated by contract.
8. Dimensions checking - dimensions checks are effected on length, breadth,
thickness, on tolerances and contraction over-measurements.
9. Other technical quality conditions - checks are performed on wood
speece, timber look, execution and quality class.
