Under collection modality documents shall be transmitted towards Buyer through the banking circuit. 

Documentary Collection is an unsafe payment modality. To make it safe a Payment Letter of Guarantee is issued in Seller' s favour. 

Documentary collection is governed by Publication no. 522 Uniform Rules for Collection (1995 Revision) issued by International Chamber of Commerce, Paris. 

Payment guarantee letter shall be issued according to Publication no. 325 of International Chamber of Commerce, Paris.
