For inspection prior deliveries the following solutions are available : 

A specialised inspection agency (in Romania by SGS, Bureau Veritas or a romanian inspection agency named Romcontrol); certificates of inspection are issued to confirm the quantity and quality of the timber as per contract. 

For the cases where the Agent is the representative of the importer the inspection of lumber and/or timber prior delivery could be effected by Agent after the method of inspection is established. 

A document is concluded after inspection between Agent (Buyer' s representative) and the Producer confirming the quantity and quality of the timber as per contract. 

A person authorised by Buyer shall be appointed to effect the quantity and quality verifications.
